Claimlight support

Troubleshoot the Reddit beta, delete Claimlight data, or report an evidence problem. Never include passwords, private messages, or private draft text in a support request.

Claimlight is not appearing on Reddit

1. Open Claimlight from the Chrome toolbar and complete the privacy consent.
2. Confirm that Claimlight and Reddit composers are both enabled.
3. Reload the Reddit tab after changing extension settings.
4. Confirm that you are using an English-language Reddit post or comment composer.

A claim could not be checked

Claimlight never prevents posting. If research is unavailable, rate-limited, offline, or inconclusive, keep writing and post normally. Try the claim again later if you still want an evidence review.

Delete Claimlight data

Open the extension, choose Delete my Claimlight data, and confirm the request. Claimlight removes the local installation credential and asks the API to delete its associated active records. If deletion cannot reach the service, nothing is silently cleared; reconnect and try again.

Report a verdict or source problem

Include the verdict type, public source URL, and a short explanation of the concern. Do not paste the surrounding draft. Confirmed evidence or methodology problems are added to the regression suite and corrections process.
